• Return most unopened items within 30 days with the original receipt for a refund to the original form of payment.
• Seasonal décor may be exchanged within 14 days; no refunds for seasonal décor after the holiday.
• Opened/used items, custom-cut goods, clearance marked “Final Sale,” and visibly damaged products are not eligible.
